Terms of Service.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using CreatorOS AI you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What CreatorOS AI does

CreatorOS AI generates content (hooks, scripts, captions, calendars, viral plans, videos, ad briefs) using AI models, schedules and posts that content to connected platforms on your authorization, and reports back on its performance. It does not promise specific outcomes (views, follower growth, revenue).

3. Your account

• You must be 18+ and have authority to bind any organization you sign up on behalf of.
• You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and any actions taken under your account.
• One person, one account. Sharing logins violates these Terms.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with reasonable notice except for clear abuse.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload AND content the AI generates for you. By posting via CreatorOS AI you grant us a limited license to transmit that content to the platforms you connect (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp BSP). That license expires when you delete the content or your account.

You agree NOT to use CreatorOS AI to generate or post content that is:

• illegal (defamation, hate speech, harassment, CSAM, incitement to violence)
• infringing on copyright, trademark, or right of publicity
• misleading in a way that causes real-world harm (deepfakes of real people without consent, financial misinformation)
• spam, including bulk-posting violating each platform's rules
• impersonating a person, brand, or organization

These examples are not exhaustive. Your use is also subject to our full Acceptable Use Policy, which governs prohibited content, enforcement, and IP/takedown complaints.

5. AI outputs

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, biased, or unintentionally similar to existing work. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing. CreatorOS AI does not warrant accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI outputs. Where the law of your audience's region requires AI-generated content to be labelled as such, you are responsible for adding that disclosure.

6. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform (e.g. LinkedIn), you authorize us to act on your behalf within the scopes you approve. You can revoke this any time from Connect Accounts. We do not control those platforms' rules, uptime, or pricing. Their terms apply to actions taken on them.

7. Subscription & payment

• Plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay.
• Prices and inclusions are shown on Pricing. We may change prices with 30 days' notice for active subscribers.
• Free trial generations are limited daily (anonymous + signed-out) and monthly (signed-in) per plan.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date. You can cancel any time; the subscription stays active until end of paid period.
• Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy: a full refund is available within 7 days of any payment if you have not used what it unlocked. Booster add-on costs are non-refundable once a broadcast is sent.

8. Limit of liability

CreatorOS AI is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data beyond what backups recover, reputational damage from posts you approved). Our total liability for direct damages in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify CreatorOS AI against claims arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

10. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Profile. We can terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with email notice except in cases of clear abuse. Sections 4-9 survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

Material changes get 30 days' email notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Before filing suit, both parties will attempt good-faith resolution via email for 30 days. If unresolved, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Bengaluru and conducted in English. Subject to that, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
