Cookie Policy.

Effective: 2026-06-28 · Operator: Everywherego LLP (India), operating as CreatorOS AI · Contact: support@creatorosai.in

1. The short version

We keep cookies and browser storage to the minimum needed to run the product. We use them to sign you in and keep you signed in, and to run the service securely. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data. This policy is part of our Privacy Policy.

2. What we use and why

  • Essential — authentication (Supabase): session and refresh tokens stored as cookies / in browser local storage so you stay signed in and your data stays isolated to your account. The product does not work without these.
  • Essential — security & routing (Vercel): short-lived cookies used for load balancing, CSRF protection, and serving the right deployment. No content is stored.
  • Functional — preferences: local storage we use to remember UI choices (e.g. dismissed tips, the last tool you used) so the app feels consistent. These never leave your browser.
  • Payments (Razorpay): when you open checkout, Razorpay sets its own cookies to process the transaction securely and prevent fraud. These are governed by Razorpay's privacy policy.
  • Analytics — product insight (PostHog), consent-only: if you click Accept all in our cookie banner, PostHog sets cookies / local storage to measure pageviews, clicks, and a sampled session replay so we can improve the product. It is off by default until you accept, respects your browser's Do Not Track setting, and masks the text you type. Choose Essential only and it never loads.

We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site ad tracking, and we never sell your data. Our only analytics tool is PostHog, described above, which runs solely with your consent. If that ever changes, we will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.

3. How to control cookies

You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. Note that blocking the essential authentication cookies will sign you out and prevent the app from working. You can also remove all data we hold by deleting your account from Profile.

4. Changes

We will update this page if our use of cookies changes, and keep the effective date at the top current.
