Acceptable Use Policy.

Effective: 2026-06-28 · Operator: Everywherego LLP (India), operating as CreatorOS AI · Reports: abuse@creatorosai.in

1. Scope

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everything you generate, upload, schedule, or publish through CreatorOS AI. It exists to keep the platform safe and to keep us — and you — compliant with the rules of the platforms we post to (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp) and with applicable law.

2. You may not use CreatorOS AI to create, schedule, or publish content that

  • is illegal, or promotes illegal acts, under Indian law or the law that applies to you;
  • is child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexualises minors in any way — zero tolerance, reported to authorities;
  • is hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or incitement to violence against a person or group;
  • promotes self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous activities;
  • infringes copyright, trademark, design, patent, trade secret, or right of publicity;
  • impersonates a real person, brand, or organisation, or misrepresents your identity or affiliation;
  • is a deepfake or synthetic likeness of a real person made without their consent;
  • is fraud, a scam, a pyramid/MLM recruitment pitch, phishing, or deceptive financial/medical/legal advice;
  • is malware, or links to malware, exploits, or credential-harvesting pages;
  • is spam — bulk, repetitive, or automated posting that violates a destination platform's rules;
  • contains sensitive personal data of others (Aadhaar, PAN, card numbers, health records) without lawful basis.

3. You may not

  • reverse-engineer, scrape, or build a competing dataset from the service or its outputs;
  • circumvent rate limits, plan limits, watermarks, or access controls;
  • resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement;
  • use another person's account, or share your login (one person, one account);
  • probe, load-test, or attack our systems without prior written authorisation;
  • use connected-platform tokens for anything beyond what you authorised in-app.

4. AI outputs are your responsibility

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, biased, or unintentionally similar to existing work. You must review every output before you publish it, and you are responsible for ensuring it is lawful, accurate, and yours to post. Where the law of your audience's region requires it, you must clearly disclose that content is AI-generated.

5. Intellectual-property & takedown complaints

If you believe content created or distributed through CreatorOS AI infringes your intellectual property, email abuse@creatorosai.in with: (a) identification of the work, (b) the infringing URL or account, (c) your contact details, and (d) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised. We investigate and, where warranted, remove content and disable the responsible account. We honour valid takedown notices under India's Information Technology Act and the rules of the relevant platform.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity and intent, a violation can lead to: a warning, removal of content, suspension of a feature, suspension of the account, or permanent termination. Severe violations (CSAM, credible threats, fraud, malware) result in immediate termination without prior notice and, where required by law, a report to the authorities. We may preserve relevant records to comply with legal obligations even after an account is removed.

7. Appeals

If you think an enforcement action was a mistake, email support@creatorosai.in within 14 days with your account email and the details. We review appeals in good faith and respond within 7 business days. This does not apply to terminations for CSAM or other unlawful content.
